Ray is an experienced real estate property manager having spent more than two decades as an executive with private firms and a decade with the NYC Housing Authority.
Ray has not let his retirement slow him down. In addition to serving on the Executive Board of The Project, he has served in leadership positions with the New York Urban League, NAACP, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity and several local block associations.
He has lived in the prestigious Addisleigh Park community in Southeast Queens for more than 40 years.
Ray received his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Masters of Arts in Urban Studies from Queens College.
